HOLO.STAND is a decorative electronic hologram-display product that may include a spinning LED display, protective housing, stand, cable, remote control, storage media, file-upload features, or other components depending on the model.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the full description, dimensions, included parts, compatibility requirements, setup instructions, and safety information before ordering or use.

Use the product safely, lawfully, and only as instructed. The display may contain rapidly moving and electrical components.

The product must not be:

• operated without required protective components properly installed;

• touched, adjusted, moved, or obstructed while spinning;

• used near hair, loose clothing, cords, pets, unsupervised children, or other objects that could contact moving parts;

• exposed to water, excessive moisture, unstable surfaces, excessive heat, flames, or unsafe electrical sources;

• opened, modified, disassembled, or repaired without authorization;

• operated with visibly damaged housing, blades, mounts, cables, adapters, or electrical components;

• used with unsuitable, damaged, or unauthorized power equipment; or

• used for an unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or unintended purpose.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every computer, phone, tablet, operating system, application, storage device, file type, cable, adapter, USB port, power source, browser, or third-party service.

Hologram files, images, or animations may need to be prepared, converted, uploaded, or configured by the customer. A need for setup, file conversion, connection, instruction-following, or reasonable troubleshooting does not by itself mean that the product is defective.

Hologram appearance may vary because of ambient lighting, viewing angle, camera shutter speed, frame rate, exposure, focus, file quality, device settings, power equipment, customer handling, manufacturing tolerances, and product version.

Stop using and disconnect the product if it becomes damaged, unstable, unusually hot, wet, excessively noisy, electrically unsafe, or otherwise hazardous.

4. Copyright, Trademark, and Third-Party Rights

HOLO.STAND does not claim ownership of third-party games, characters, artwork, photographs, artist names, videos, recordings, celebrity names or likenesses, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other protected materials unless ownership or authorization is specifically stated.

References to third-party works, brands, artists, games, characters, products, or cultural properties are descriptive only unless expressly stated otherwise. No disclaimer grants HOLO.STAND, a customer, or another person permission to use intellectual property owned by someone else.

Customers are responsible for obtaining every right, licence, permission, and consent needed for content they submit, upload, request, display, or instruct us to process.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• you own it or have valid permission to use and submit it;

• you may authorize its processing;

• it does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, contractual, moral, or other rights;

• it does not falsely imply sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or endorsement;

• it is not illegal, hateful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, exploitative, obscene, or otherwise prohibited;

• it contains no malware, harmful code, or malicious files; and

• the information you provide about it is accurate.

When you send content to us for support, production, fulfillment, replacement, or claim investigation, you grant HOLO.STAND and its authorized service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to receive, store, copy, resize, convert, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise process the material solely as reasonably necessary for that purpose and legally required records.

This limited licence does not transfer ownership of your original content.

We may refuse, suspend, request replacements for, or cancel a request involving suspected infringement, counterfeiting, impersonation, unlawful content, threats, hateful or exploitative material, fraud, unusable files, or content that may create legal, operational, financial, or reputational risk. Processing a submission does not constitute legal approval or verification of ownership.

5. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the website or in ordinary customer-support communications constitutes legal, intellectual-property, licensing, electrical, engineering, safety-certification, tax, customs, or other professional advice.

7. HOLO.STAND Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original HOLO.STAND business and website content—including our name, logos, product names, written content, photography, graphics, layouts, designs, videos, advertisements, instructions, policies, branding, website presentation, and promotional materials—is owned by, claimed by, or licensed to HOLO.STAND.

Third-party intellectual property appearing within our content remains the property of its respective owner.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of HOLO.STAND branding, website content, product photographs, advertising materials, policy content, graphic assets, or other intellectual property.

Without written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, bulk-download, distribute, license, sell, commercially exploit, imitate, remove ownership notices from, or create misleading commercial derivatives of our protected content.

You may share an ordinary, unmodified public link to holostand.shop for lawful personal purposes, provided the sharing does not falsely suggest affiliation, sponsorship, employment, endorsement, or authorization.

8. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOLO.STAND and its owners, personnel, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, service providers, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, claims, expenses, or consequences arising from:

• failure to follow instructions or unsafe conduct;

• contact with moving components;

• incompatible files, devices, cables, adapters, power sources, storage media, or accessories;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid directly to HOLO.STAND for the specific product giving rise to that claim.

Customers may be required to provide evidence, retain the product, complete reasonable troubleshooting, cooperate with carrier investigations, or return the product before a remedy is reviewed.

Where lawful and reasonably necessary, relevant order, communication, content, fulfillment, tracking, delivery, and support records may be retained and provided to authorized payment processors, banks, card networks, carriers, insurers, legal advisers, courts, regulators, or other authorized parties to investigate fraud, respond to a dispute, defend a claim, establish delivery, enforce policies, or comply with law.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
